Kathryn Ross is an Intern at Umvoto and holds a BA degree in Environmental Management. She is currently completing her Honours in Environmental Management through the University of South Africa (UNISA), where her research focuses on water quality assessment and management. Having grown up in Muizenberg, Kathryn developed a love for nature and the environment from a young age, with environmental work also running in her family.
Kathryn is passionate about environmental conservation and is actively involved with the Zandvlei Trust, where she assists with volunteer initiatives aimed at keeping the local environment clean, healthy and sustainable.
Outside of work and her studies, Kathryn enjoys spending time outdoors, going on nature walks, keeping active at the gym and practicing yoga.
